SHREEJA HOSPITAL - Hospital in Cuttack - Cuttack, India

Worst hospital ever, they do not care about the health of the patients at all. Hospital authority have to understand that bsky card is ment to use for the betterment of the needy patients but here they use the card as a money withdrawing machine. You cannot meet the doctor here and if you ask the nurse they argue with you and behaviour is not at all acceptable. They will put the patient on ventilator untill the bsky balance finishes, and once the balance reaches the limit they will throw them out.

Very worst experience ever.I had never seen such worse hospital before.very rude behaviour of staff and specially reception/billing counter staff. They are not accepting any type of online payment, if you have only cash then go there. I asked them why you are not accepting online payment? The billing counter lady replied we can't tell you why,if you have no cash then go to ATM and deposit in our cash counter.I cried that time because my younger brother was suffering pain of leg broken and they want cash at that moment...And also she said me you came here,we didn't go near you... And A/c room cabin rate-4500 per day without food even to patient.not a glass of boiled water offered to patient. For your information Kalinga hospital- A/C cabin 3300Rs/day including all 03 times healthy meals to patients. And there are no shedded place for shoe keep.u are not allowed to take your shoes and sandals and chappals inside the hospital but there staff roaming inside hospital and near patient room also in same chappal using outside also. And during our 4days stay, one day a doctor came to our cabin and asked us about patient conditions and etc.but the bill says daily doctors visited and we paid for that. We kept a bucket middle of our cabin room, because water was dripping from roof sealing. And a phone available there for intercom use.but not working. If they are not coming after direct call near door, how you think they will attend call and attend in your service. My lots of friends came there, and there first question was why you came here,means in this hospital..there are lots of hospitals in cuttack city but this hospital has a horrible reputation for their behaviour.

This medical is wrost service they are not allowed shoe ...but why ..so I'm totally de satisfied ...so I request u please allow to all medical people shoe n Chapal ....

I had a terrible experience at this hospital. The staffs were unhelpful, and the response from the hospital was mediocre. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worst ever hospital in Cuttack.
