SYVK is one of the best Yoga institute in and around Yelahanka New Town. I had the privilege of getting Yoga Instructor course certification from this center and completed my Advance Yoga Training Course as well. All the teachers are highly experienced and very friendly. If you are looking to gain flexibility and maintain good health, this is the place for you. Also, they have many yoga related programs and flexible timings for yoga classes from morning 5am till the last class 8pm. I highly recommend this to everyone.

I have been practising yoga for many years now with SYVK. After moving to UK I have continuing yoga through SYVK online sessions. The sessions are very interactive and guided by experienced yoga teachers including Lakshmi and Gowri. In a mixed ability class, I have observed that the mix of asanas is just right, providing exercise and challenges to all. I continue to learn from and enjoy the SYVK online classes.
One of the best yoga centre in Yelahanka to learn and practise yoga. You can feel the positivity instantly when you enter into the yoga hall which is surrounded by greenery. Teachers are highly experienced and provide the guidance to the students to enhance their well being and to stay healthy.
yoogaa & Meditation sessions are excellent and very helpful and useful. Sheetal Mam is a very good instructor and very knowledgeable person. Good evening ma'am Today's kriya yoga class was the class which I completed in one go without any excuse, without attempting for second time. I enjoyed it. Before I have seen and heard about sutraneti, jalaneti but not tried. This is my first experience in preforming kriya yoga. Teachers are so cooperative and encouraging by self performance which made us to do without any fear..after doing kriya yoga I am feeling myself light and some what ears, nostrils are opened wide... overall it was the good experience Thanks to syvk team
My 4 year old daughter attended a 10 day summer camp, Bala Vikasa Shibira at SYVK. As parents we were doubtful if she would be interested to attend the program but surprisingly she was very eager to go to class everyday and enjoyed it. Teachers are extremely good and made the class very interesting for the kids with stories and activities and funtime along with yoga. Laughter yoga for parents, visit to nursery, the wonderful valedictory ceremony of all kids were some of the additional things parents could be a part of. The discipline and values they teach at the institute is much needed for everyone and we are extremely happy that our daughter got this exposure at such an early age. One of the best places we have at yelahanka and I strongly recommend this place for all. Thanks to all the lovely teachers at SYVK for the love and dedication.
