Grew up in a police campus amongst north indians. More than south indian food, i have had north indian food at home. So i am fully self authorised to talk about this restaurant. First of all, the location of this restaurant is in a crowded street. Its not on the side street as mentioned in the google maps but on the main street just before the location pointed out in the google maps. If you want to ask someone nearby, you could mention as Rajasthani hotel. Secondly, its put up in a very old building. You would get reminded of the old madras from the look of this building. You need to get to the first floor via a very narrow staircase. About the food, a thali costs Rs 120. It comes with unlimited Phulkas/rotis, dal, a curry, subji, sweet(seemed like a quick jugaad though), chaas(spiced buttermilk), salad, papad and pickle. I went with my wife and 5 year old kid around 11:30am and they said only lunch is available. The rotis were super soft glazed with ghee, the accompaniments were typical north indian fare. Would strongly suggest this place if you are looking for an authentic north indian stuff. Note: dont expect pleasant faces from the workers
The food was amazing. It's not Punjabi good, so please don't expect paneer or something. But what ever they provide is nice. Sunday is only in the afternoon. Evening it is closed.

Third rate platform hotel. Charges rs.120. Worst service, the way service boys walk as though customer is a unknown person. The employees damn bother about customers. Worst food quality. Sabzi is only water. Added to that the hotel owner son seems to have done some wrong. Police visited the hotel and warned to make payment or close the hotel. The person who was cheated was cursing severely the owner his son and the hotel and if you are eating be ready to be cursed.
Awesome food, great quality... reasonable price but I suppose Dal needs to be more spicy else it's fine.
