Location is superb but problems with service& food.telephones are dead.(you know why they don't repair).TVs are off.even I knew that they haven't solved yet .. (after month) about food. You will not even like dal.means daal is everywhere you get good but here feel you are eating boiled dal only no taste.. in morning I got all sabji in sweet taste,so in evening i told specially in advance don't make sweet taste in sabji. they did again evening same.then they add some spicy gravy & gave again same ..so I really disappointed with such having beautiful property.but you can't enjoy..

Beautiful property with the lake view and well maintained huts. The staff is very helpful and fulfils your special requests like candle light dinner etc.

We went for a weekend trip. The resort is lovely with a lake view. It has a swimming pool where they don't urge to use swimsuits, which is really cool. The staff were courteous. The only issue is that you have to park your vehicle at a distance and use their transport services.

Rooms and food are good, but phone line in the room remained off for most of the time. There was hot water tap but it was not working well and most of time water was cold. Getting in and out to this place is really hard specially with narrow road.

It's a great place to stay in udaipur, we didn't believe we would found such pretty place in main city, its situated right on lake pichola the view from the pool is nice, service was good, great experience overall!

I had a terrible experience at this place. Advise people to check the property via a video call before booking it, as the pictures are fake and do not denote the actual conditions of the room. Cleanliness is pathetic, not at all at par. The mattress are also broken and will not let you sleep properly, even the bed linen is not clean and new. This resort is not worth the price of 4500 rupees at all. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and require renovation. Additionally, the resort parks your car 4 kilometers away and you have to travel by auto, so if you prefer this mode of transportation, then this resort may be suitable for you. However, it is not even worth 1000 rupees and Oyos are better options. The lighting is poor, making it feel like a haunted place at night, and it does not resemble what is depicted in the Google photos. Therefore, it is advised not to waste your money on this resort.

The location of property is good but is not approachable. It is in the main city area with v narrow roads. You need to opt auto only. And since the location of this resort is odd, you always ends with up with paying double. Rooms are below avg with bad services. Food is pathetic. Maintenance of room is below average. At this cost very good options are available, don't opt it.

I visited this place in February 2023. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place. 1. Location: Location is just adjacent to Lake pichola and most of the places of Old Udaipur city is at a walking distance. 2. Management and Staff: The staff is very supportive and cordial. right from booking till check out the Manager Mr. Ritesh was very Supportive. 3. Cottages were neat and clean. 4. Swimming pool was also clean 5. Food was also good. The whole experience was good and we have nothing to complain about. Would love to visit again when we are in Udaipur the next time.
