Representing the essence of India's tourism, this place stands as one of the finest. Its beauty captivated us. The entrance fee was a mere 35, applicable to various locations, and there were no additional charges for photography. For a nominal fee of Rs 20, a battery-operated car efficiently transported us from the parking area to the main entrance. Notably, the legendary story of Ramayana unfolds on the walls of this monument, adding a rich cultural dimension. For those with children, hiring a guide at Rs 2500 for the day is advisable. The guide provides detailed insights, allowing kids to enjoy the stories associated with the monument. The iconic Stone Chariot, featured on the Rs 50 note, is a central highlight that shouldn't be missed.

Amazing experience to visit this temple and great experience for the kids as well. There is so much to know and learn about our rich cultural heritage that's completely missing from the tex books and can't be covered in school curriculum. Travel to these marvels and architectural masterpieces is the only way to enrich oneself with the vast knowledge and understand the history. Must visit place in Humpi.

This place is a good example of creativity of 15th century workers. Especially the pillars having minute details in perfection. However i have one thing to say to the government officials that, there are people urinating inside the monuments. Whoever is the care taker please take a note of this.

These beautiful hand carvings and stone sculptures are just amazing! The people who carved these are such great and talented people! The architecture is on a different level altogether! Without any technology and machinery they built such beautiful places. These must be preserved and protected for many more generations!

Great Place, amazing architecture, constructed by stone about a 700 years ago. The Stone Chariot is a must see in real. Amazing place to visit for history buffs. I wish the temple was maintained well, no restrooms and the transport is tough but if you get there you will be rewarded highly.

The Shree Vijaya Vittala Temple in Hampi is a prominent and historically significant temple dedicated to Lord Vittala, a form of Lord Vishnu. Known for its elaborate architecture and intricate carvings, the temple is a masterpiece of the Vijayanagara style. One of the key attractions within the temple complex is the iconic Stone Chariot, a finely carved stone structure resembling a chariot with wheels. The musical pillars in the Ranga Mantapa are also noteworthy, producing musical notes when struck. The rich craftsmanship and the spiritual aura of the Vijaya Vittala Temple, makes it a must-visit destination for those exploring the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hampi
