worst service.. they dont even pick cals and always say different rates on every cal

From Canada Came to Bombay to visit Shirdi. They sent different dabba car than described. The car and driver was literally bad quality, I wouldn't recommend Vardhman to anyone reading this review.

Very poor service very unprofessional driver , not reliable not trustworthy. Don't book any bus , they will not taking bus or bus driver responsibility only commission.

This is actually a third party service they don't have their own direct tie ups with anyone. Guys approach to the local traveller services and compare by yourself that will be more budget friendly and convenient. I was flabbergasted when I learnt that they also book from local services and take comissions. People might get fool bcz of their office ambience

Really worst management, as per my experience they only have to focus on to book tickets and to earn money they even don't bothered about whether customer has boarded on a bus or not, and even not ready to accept mistake or responsibility and also don't know how to talk gently with customers and do not trust on words like "refund of ticket amount", if u miss bus (we were reached at pick up point before 45 minutes) due to carelessness of bus operator or because of this so called "cheater company - Vardhman tours and travells" to settle down issue temporary (they will not call you even after having your contact number and found that passenger doesn't boarded) and when u will go to take refund amount as per their commitment they will not fullfil it and will tell u, now bus operator is not ready to give us refund amount so we are unable to give u refund and if u argue, than they will talks like "gunds" and told me that we have good contacts and whatever you wants to do you can do and we will not give u refund even after this ticket booking agent company and Bus operator found they have made mistake. Also do not take ticket booking with name of bus company is "Shree Vijay AC" and Bus operator is "Yash" Please do not book tickets with this kind of cheater company who have only intention to make money and don't want to accept mistake and responsibility and most important don't believe in customer care & values.

We hired an innova for Alibaug for 2 days' trip (8th, 9th June 2019). The vehicle was dirty inside. And worst thing was that AC was not functioning properly. From Dombivli to Alibaug we all were sweating badly. After complaining about these issues, we received a simple apology with broad smile. Our trip was spoiled due to these issues.
