I had an incredible experience with this travel agency! Their service was not only excellent but also extremely prompt. Whenever I feel helpless around booking a train ticket at the very last moment I remember Shree travels. Their attention to detail and efficiency were truly remarkable. I can't thank them enough for making my travel so hassle-free. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with a particular ticket service provider, whom I consider to be one of the worst. Their lack of trustworthiness is evident as they prioritize money over maintaining a good customer relationship. I needed to book a ticket from Berhampur to Bangalore in the 3AC class. However, the provider mistakenly booked a 2AC ticket without notifying me (He mentioned 3AC ticket was not available). To make matters worse, the ticket was confirmed from Palasa to Bangalore instead. The next morning, the provider informed us that an additional payment of 750 rupees was required on top of the 3AC ticket price (2700 rupees, including their service charge). This lack of transparency and failure to communicate this additional charge promptly is completely unfair. We agreed and paid the amount, then he informed us that the ticket is confirmed from Palasa. And his free suggestion was - yiu need to just pay 100 rupees to the TTI. I will not trust this guy anymore.

They prefer money over customer relationship and customer satisfaction. I will not trust these guys again.

Always get the tatkal reservation. Staff's are also good.

West fellow, giving wrong promise. Not able to comply with customer needs. Showing arrogance.
