They have poor quality of products. It is better to first find stationary products in nearby bookstores. The staff are unprofessional. I think that their business is running only because of the location of the shop.

You have to pay more for same product in span of just one day with same specifications and lot. And on asking why, ower reply to pay remaining amount from last purchase also. Pathetic behaviour by the staff and specially by owner.

The outlet of M/s Shree Sitara Stationers is a one-stop solutions of good stationery products in Bokaro Steel City. The owner who is a perfect gentleman maintains the shop well to offer standard stationery items. Being a General Manager in a Maharantna PSU, I can assure that I have found here quality stationery items required for daily office use.

All stationary are nice..all things available related to childrens, aspirants, job holders.. but the price of the products is too high, they should provide discount in the study related materials because we need to support education to develop our country.

The collection here is really nice. But the staff is so rude and I've faced this twice or thrice. It's really disappointing. I'm not gonna visit that store ever again in my life coz they don't have the basic manners and etiquettes of treating the customers. For how mamy times will a person tolerate this? Two or three times are enough. No matter how good your collection is but in the end it's the behaviour that matters...!! Not even gonna recommend Sitara to anyone everafter. Hope that they hire a good staff or teach some etiquettes to the existing ones.

This place will meet all all your requirements related to stationery & decoration stuff but is little pricey. You might get the same thing elsewhere in Bokaro or chas stationery stores if you look for. But still I go there when in hurry because the store is easy to locate.
