Pathetic. Don't go there. Staff are illiterate without any manners. It's not a place to be with family. It's not safe. Condition of room is very poor. Toilet Comod (WC) is broken. AC doesn't work. Bed is Uneven. I was having backache for the whole night. The bedsheets, pillow, mattress stinks like hell.

Affordable rooms are available but then other factors will keep reminding you about it being "affordable". Especially the approach road, be ready to play skipping stones through a path full of filth. And the washrooms, well you better keep the door closed. The room walls look nicely painted though... a nice attempt to hide the algae.. If you ever have a 2nd option... Strictly no looking here...

Apart from the fact that it is too far from main city hotel is nice. Hotel staff are friendly and will help you. They will provide you better food with decent price if asked. For reaching hotel you have to take a cab or if you want to save money go for the bus L238 which would take you there from Howrah station...

Kinda horrible experience : Got offer and booked this in Make my trip ... It's very near to airport.. but not easy to find. Looks like an old ghost house (U can see only in films..... Rooms are not clean at all.. no hot water available.. room service is ok owner is friendly. But think twice before you choose this.. u can get many places near to this..

This hotel is located in Kolkata. The main thing is they charge very high as compare to the services and the facilities they give. Some rooms are in very bad conditions. Some windows are also broken. The mosquitoes are the biggest problem with this. The staffs are not good. The price is high.

Don't stay at this hotel ..i booked from cleartrip for a day and den they charged me Rs300 extra in cash when i arrived at the hotel giving a lame excuse of early check in . The room quality is worst the mattresses are too hard to be slept on theu don't even provide water or clean sheets neither do they provide new pillow covers. I would recommend you to book a hotel costing around Rs1200-1300 cz even if you book this hotel online at a low price of aroung Rs670 they are gonna charge you extra once you reach there and d rooms are not at all good and the environment makes you feel like living around a dumpster. Don't waste your valuable money in this hotel and the room I stayed didnt even had glasses on windows.

No cleaning the room. No room service. No restaurant. Just one person sitting on a desk as receptionist. You only get the dusty room and also a towel if u ask for it. They will not even arrange tea or breakfast. You will have to walk a long way to have breakfast and then lunch and then dinner.

Clean place, but day shift staff asured to speak to night shift staff for taxi booking & informing befour time of checkout. but night shift staff & the sequrity were found sleeping at the time of checkout no taxi were were called the sequrity then called some gye with a car & he charged 200 rs.
