I had very good experience with the hospital and thus it is compelling upon me to write a detailed review. We had admitted my brother with a complain of dengue fever and other problems caused by the same. Initially we were sceptical to admit him there as his condition was serious and also owing to the fact that it's a new hospital and has opened in recent past. But after firm recommendations from couple of people we got him admitted. To my surprise the hospital was prompt in their response system and took all the necessary measures efficiently. I must make mention of the two doctors, Dr. Yogendra Pahare, one of the directors and a master of critical care and gave us accurate sense of prognosis and was kept us in loop of what is going to happen. Secondly, Dr. Aakanksha Gupta, it will not be an euphemistic overestimation if one call her as the best chest physician in Bilaspur, I was later told by someone that she was the most preferred pulmonologist during COVID times in all the surrounding area of Bilaspur. Unlike other hospitals, the staff, both paramedical and management, were empathetic and supportive. They also don't force you to deposit hefty amount at the time of admission. Another striking feature is the emphasis they put on counseling of the patient and their relatives (the need of counseling gets very important if the patient is critical and helps equally as the medication). The point of writing this lengthy review is two pronged, first it encourages an institute to keep the good work going and second it's the right thing to do to.

Very thankful to Dr abhilash and Dr akanksha for their timely and prompt help in case of my mother. True to their profession they have given selfless service .Can't thank them enough.Also hospital is very clean and staff there is very cooperative . I definitely recommend this hospital for the amazing doctors and staff present.
