I was having 250 points in my account which means around 4000/- rupees but when today i went to redeem that points they told me that you are having 125 points which is equal to 1500 rupees and when i have shown them the msg that from Shri Shivam i got the msg that i have 250 points which are valid till 2025 they they started telling that some points have been expired yesterday only. Very bad experience till now,,,,,
