Bought King Fish and PRAWNS at the Fish Market.... both were fresh and price was also competitive. Parking is a bit of concern here hence advice to come early as possible in morning. Many options of sea Food and Chicken shops are located. You can also get Vegetables and Masala here itself. So one stop shop for your Non Veg Meal plan.

No much options of fish and is expensive. The fish cleaning dude thinks he is the king of the market, so we decided to clean the fish ourself :)

....A GOOD PLACE TO.... GET CRABS This partially covered Market is hidden away at the beginning of and behind Calangute Beach Road. It is much smaller than either Mapusa or Panaji and principally sells fruit, veg, Halal meat and a large variety of Seafood... The adjacent small shaded alleys also have smaller vendors (not fish) and worth taking a look to get a better bargain... GOOD DEALS CAN BE HAD W

Nice place to buy many types of fish. Some skills and knowledge are required to find fresh or good taste one. And ofcourse price negotiation required.. Depending on the day, season and weather, sometimes there are good fish and sometimes not. But if you like fish, definitely you should try this place.
