1) All doctors are very good.
2) Treatment is also very good.
3) The rooms & beds are very maintained & clean.
4) The food that is available to the patients is very less. Please increase quantity.
5) Your both watchmen are rude. They don't have humanity. They don't have manners how to talk with someone.
Very long waiting period. Morning appointment starts at 9.15. reach there before 10 of you want appointment. Overall good facilities for patients. The therapists are very experienced and their treatment is very effective.
One of the Best place for treatment of back pain cervical spondylitis and knee pain and other joint pains.
One must try at least once before going for any surgical treatment these problems.
One more thing one must stay there for atleast for 5-6 days.
The effect of the treatment is magical. Strongly recommended for any type of muscular pain. I have reduced my rating only because of the extremely rude and pathetic services from staff. The people at reception must have politeness and manners to deal with patients/customers. They just spoil the overall experience. Also, there is very much rush for on site appointments as they do not take online appointments.
Cheap staff. Have not talking sense. Not showing humanity. Really very very discusting. mennerless. Please don't go there.
Its great that a lot of people turn up to them for their problems, but the management was far from great! Long queue's forming with waiting period for hour's in morning. The fact that they had only 2 counters working for admission of patients was inadequate. The admission staff was for sure a lot cranky. And it a way it feels like they don't really respect the patients. Looking for alternative osteopathic/physiotherapist for now.
One of the worst experience of my life and i regret my decision to go there. Instead of healing the problem got agrevated. Its a charity trust and they don't except payment online just to evade tax. Long queue so that max can be attracted towards tatkal which is 5 times costlier. They do 2-3 minutes massage and call you again and again to earn more. Staff doesn't seems to be qualified, rather looks locally trained. Not recommended at all.They are reaping benefits because of erstwhile goodwill.
