I will give zero star. Worst experience here. no good collection they taking much time and for billing we waited some more than 1 hour.And they informed us they will give coupons but nothing they given cheaters I think in banglore one of worst gold shop is this we went first time by mistake but please guys don't go here waste of money and time

Long review but please do read if you plan on visiting here to buy jewellery!!! If I could give 0 stars I would, that's how horrible my experience has been here. I visited this store for the first time on the 3rd of nov 2022 and there started the worst experience of my life. I finalised a ring that I liked for my engagement for the 4th of December 2022 and we went back a few days later to place the order. After the order was placed we then went to collect the ring a week later. It was nothing like the design showed to me in the beginning! I told them I will not accept it as this was not what was showed to me and they agreed to change it and give it. My fiance then went to pick it up a few days before the engagement and all was good. Hardly ten days later the diamond with the casing FELL OUT!!! I was lucky this time this happened at home. I was obviously furious and immediately took it back that very evening. Mr. Shantharam took it and guaranteed us he would fix it and nothing would happen. We went back on 1st January 2023 to collect the ring. The ring was kept in the box as I was obviously scared to wear it after this incident. I wore it after almost a week and that very same day the diamond again fell off, this time unfortunately it got lost!!! We went back to the store to inform them of this horrible experience then the manager Mr. Venkat was terrible at customer service firstly, he turns around and tells me that it is my problem and I have to use the ring carefully, you cannot do hard use etc. are We fools ? That we do not know how to wear jewellery? I am spending so much money on an ENGAGEMENT RING. It was not a random ring I bought from them. And then Mr. Venkat and another associate of his who spoke quite rudely said that it's a cocktail ring and has to be used carefully. The first time when we went to purchase the ring they never informed us that it was a cocktail ring! Why was this not told? As a customer I should know what I'm purchasing right, they are the jeweller it is their job to tell us. When I clearly told them I'm looking for an engagement ring!!! They manipulated us into buying this ring after knowing it has a huge design flaw and the quality was lower than mediocre. And on top of that they blame us, the customer saying that we have to use the ring carefully, how much more carefully can you use the ring? I have bought it as my ENGAGEMENT RING and even then wear it out only occasionally, so should I keep it in the box away in my cupboard? How can any ring be so terribly flawed that it breaks off TWICE in a span of ONLY ONE MONTH. Overall the design was flawed, it was of horrible quality and to top it all off the customer service was terrible!!!! The so called Manager Mr. Venkat has no idea how to handle customer escalations. I need to know how this is going to be compensated because this is absolutely not okay!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. They fleece customers if not being careful and vigilant. Arrogant staff. Had a very bad experience with them. High making charges on a simple item( simple studs in our case) and also they will not give gold weight and stone weight separately on the bill. Best to avoid if you want to save your hard earned money

Don't go for monthly scheme, they say something and end of it nonsense way of dealing. Very bad experience for the customer who is paying scheme instalments from past 1yr. I would never recommend Sai gold place to any of my family and friends.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff!! That's like the single biggest plus point for this shop!! Of course they had a great inhouse collection of jewellery and also are willing to customise at a reasonable price
