It's Worst Service Centre. From the other reviews I got to know it's a Scam Centre (maybe?). They took my Nothing mobile for service (which is under warranty) and kept it for 4 long weeks. But the issue wasn't resolved. I am really afraid if they really will do anything. Maybe they will do NOTHING which is UNDER WARRENTY. These people never lift the call. I called Nothing Service Customer Care and they gave me literally Nothing. Don't buy Nothing devices as their service is bad and they don't have at least knowledge or control on what their official third party centres are doing. I don't have any words to express the way these people did. Never will approach here or buy a Nothing. Shame on you people.
Probably the worst place to be a service center. They don't say what is the problem even after repeated asking. My nothing phone is out of warranty and there was a cable that came loose which I got to know from online community and the customer care which takes around 30 mins to 1hr to fix. They said that is a motherboard issue and charged 4.5k for it, I know that there is no such issue and a cable that came loose needs to be fixed in place. This center is looting people of their money and please don't buy phones or products that don't have a dedicated service center.
This is the Worst service ever they don't care about the customer requirements not they respond to calls I have given a Fireboltt ring 3 Smartwatch on 18/8/2023 till now it's not Replaced and i call them more than 100 times but no response i never ever seen the worst service centre like this If you want to waste time, go to shree sai communication No proper response, buying new product again is much better than giving for service here........
Scam artists. My phone(Nothing Phone 1) had gotten water inside it so i took it there. I mentioned that since water is still inside the phone, I didn't try to switch it on. They took the phone to 'check' it. They refused to give any paper proof of them receiving the phone. They mentioned that the diagnosis will take few hours at the very least but called me back in 30mins saying that the phone is completely gone. They said that they'll take my phone of 40k for 2k. Well, i of course didn't give my phone to them. After a while i decided to risk it and connected the charger to the phone, and everything was working perfectly!
I have purchased JBL T110 BT after 9 months started facing problems with it and as per JBL customers support guidance I went to this place and with in 24hrs they have replaced it with new one and the people here are cool
Worst service. they don't even give receipt. If you want to waste time, go to shree sai communication No proper response,never picks up the call buying new product again is much better than giving for service here.
I have given a msi laptop for fan replacement they made it good and fast and also resonable prices according to other service centers.
The worst service center u will ever find...I went to give my Lenovo laptop for screen replacement...the company rules say that no hard copy of invoice is required..but they say they need invoice...they make run up and down for xerox....the worst service center...better file a consumer case against them...there was a female employ there...just do nothing...she doesn't know how to find the damage protection validity.....so rude..males please stay from those ...i said is this the way you treat a customer and she said don't talk too much.....
