The worst bus service there ever can be possible. These people prioritise cargo shipments over passenger luggage...we booked 2 double sleepers for 6k+ which is much more than the buses worth and guess how many luggage was adjusted in the boot,0 (ZERO). All because they had cargo in the boot and no space. We had to accomodate all luggage in sleepers and staff simply refused to make space in boot. I am never using this bus service ever again and would not suggest any person travelling with family or any sort of luggage to use it too. The worst possible bus. PNR : 78KA3FNK

Worst experience, they don't value your money, time. I payed 3780 for mumbai ticket for 2 and it doesn't worth very unhygienic poor customers service I m feeling like local bus worst worst worst worst

Old bus khatara 4 hour loss at chittorgarh bus breakdown but no kind of fasality there no drinking water at office

Nice bus , picked on time and dropped on time , route followed Delhi, guruguram, ajmer, bhilwara, Chittaurgarh , mangalwad and udaipur, bus have washroom , but driver halt at dhaba in night around 4:30 am doesnt have clean washroom , so driver need to keep dhaba or halt at good place, travels have providing customised picked up Shiv Murti mahipalpur that saved our time, tickets available on SMS, they had provided one water bottle and blanket in sleeper

If I could give 0 star, that would've explained my overall experience with this bus for ahemdabad to kanpur route dt 27-28 apr 2022. the bus tire got punctured thrice in the whole route, there is no spare tire. Bus driver took the bus somewhere else leaving all passengers behind at a roadside restaurent citing that he is going to get the tire reapired. It's been almost 4 hours now, there is no sign of the bus, tire or the driver and here I am in the middle of no-where writing this review. very pathetic. I would go by foot rather than sitting into this bus ever again in my life.

Good service but office location is bit tricky

I booked bus from Udaipur to Delhi, they were allowing local passengers to come in and i felt like i am travelling in a local bus.it took thousands of stops on the way to delhi. Never book this bus.

In AC Bus rates cuts our bag and they damage cloths and some eatable items . Also luggage submerged in excess dust and cloth wet . Lot of loss
