Ancient place. A place where Gagangiri Maharaj spent some time worshiping. Great place to meditate. Beware of snakes here
It's a holy place please be respectful, remove your shoes before entering and clear yourself by taking pure water after and please be respectful to elder people, i request to maharashtra tourism please take a look at this places need to improvements also need guards to protect the environment, only one maharaj or pandit cant handle humiliation i saw group of young people humiliating maharaj ji not listening their rules they entered in temple without removing their shoes and doing weird things disrespecting hindu gods, this place should declared as UNSECO and need guards
Nestled at the base of a hill, and enveloped with a quiet stream and waterfall, this place is ideal for meditation or a one day quick picnic from Kolhapur. There are 12 Shivalingas each representing one Jyotirlinga. This place is said to be a Ramling, however the dhuni is missing and in its place is a small havan-kund carved in rock. Also present are prominent carvings looking like a Buddhist stupa.
Beautiful temple of lord shiv and atmosphere I very attractive and cool the nature has been protecting in this temples
