Superb service and nice staff.. Up to the date buses n perfect timing n nice staff,...

Wrost experience. Bus operator behaving very bad and calling you like anything before time of your pick up point. Really, we can't accept all this things after paying huge amount for travel from baroda to porbandar. And yes, unexpected behaviour. Driver was quite supportive. But bus operator was speaking and managing like owner of Ramkrupa travels.

This time my journey was worst. The seat was so congested they took 800-850 rs from Ahmedabad to porbandar journey and not give good facilities also they never reach to the destination on time they have written that if you catch 10:00 pm bus it will drop you to destination at 5:30 am in the morning but instead of 5:30 they drop us at 7:00 am in the morning Literally Very bad experience!!

Very poor Service, Neither blanket is given nor water bottle, the voice of AC compressor is very high

Every time management cancel his bus and then staff give negetive reply.

Ramkrupa use to be good and now it's turned into a GRST bus, I had a trip from Jamnagar to Porbandar and the staff kept ramming more people into the bus until people couldn't move. I am from UK and not use to things like this especially when I have paid for a seat and have people leaning on me as there is not space to walk.

Very bad experience .you will find jerking pitching all like a govt bus.there are cozy upper seats also there no bottle stand .and the mobile holding point too high which not allowing phone to be inserted.main thing there are no meaning of Ramkrupa as so called Volvo sleeper bus. .lots of jerking and rolling pitch all ..no comfortable .personal light not working

The bus service is great. These guys don't charge for medicine and rakhi. They have maintained their status till the date. The owner of the entire fleet is a surpanch of one of the village on coastal highway. Thus their influence of security and mentality is purely seen in the service. If you want to send any ladies alone in another city These guys are most helpful. They will make sure that no one dare to misbehave with them. They have one issue at the bus port at Indira circle, space is messy and there is a resturant on the gate which causes bad smell. If they move to open space with great sitting then definitely they will have more customers.
