I carried out surgeries of both eyes recently in This hospital in Thane Ghodbunder road and my experience is very good. Before this I visited multiple hospitals but no where I could feel so much positive. Here, 1. Doctors are highly efficient and expert in their profession. 2. Hospital is very clean and decent even the washrooms are v clean. 3. Reception and operation theatre Staff is very cooperative and polite. 4. Patients have a special section to relax which is unique.

I had got my mother operated for Cataract and recently in May 2023 ror my dad. Both the time it has been an exceptional experience. The staff is very helpful. Very professional and kind. They patiently listened to our queries and resolved. Didn't see a bit of reluctance. Doctors are also very humble and good hearted. The best is the staff is always smiling

They are doing great job. The reason I am sharing 3 stars is primarily for the time management. No one knows the importance of time, senior citizens are asked to wait for 2 to 3 hours even if they arrive at a given appointment time. Half an hour to max 1 hour of waiting period we can understand. Requesting them to call the patients at an appropriate time and not 2 or 3 hours before. It is not all convenient for the patients. Rest of the services and care is amazing.

Excellent Opthalmology service! 100% satisfaction with my cataract surgery with MICS LENSOR with restoration of eyesight within 15 minutes of surgery! I personally recommend for all with eye problems.

It was really nice experience. Dr Prajakta Deshpande was knowledgeable and the staff was very helpful and compassionate. The surgery itself was quick and painless. My husband's vision has improved dramatically since the surgery. He can now see clearly without glasses or contacts. I am very grateful to the doctors and staff at for helping for entire process.

I just got my LASIK Surgery done a week back and I'm already much recovered. They explained, guided and treated me in the best possible manner. Excellent staff and Amazing Doctors as the tell you each and everything and makes you calm and feel relaxed while the surgery, which make the whole process much easier. All staff at consultation near makhamali talav was found full cooperative. Answered my queries regarding lens, laser, Cataract, etc. Also guided me at all stages. I don't remember the names but everyone found me efficient & capable at their post. Sr. Dr Deshpande cleared my doubts & fear about Cataract Dr Prajakta madam operated my fixing lens with accuracy & utmost care. Painless operation was carried with minimum time. And got up the table & walked with bare eyes No cover , no spects , no goggle. My eyes & my mind too were cleaned by Dr Prajakta madam. I do respect & oblige her because she has given me a new VISION Ramkrishna Netralay is doing a great social service to the senior persons like us.
