Good experience. But honestly saying do not book L5 right side cabin that have broken upper part which makes you feel very cold at night because from that area you can't control AC air and also you will feel jerks . Rest they are on time and smooth driving. You have to book it online and have reasonable price. They also provide adequate timings to have your lunch dinner etc etc. One of the video i have shared of my journey you can enjoy the view pf THE GANGA At last Have a nice journey
Had Very nice and relaxing experience with Krishna bus. Clean and hygienic bus cabin, water bottles were given twice in the journey of 10hrs. Especially the Eicher volvo bus is awesome.

Won't prefer Bus for such a long journey. 15hrs inside a bumping cage. Headache/hangover for next 2 days, Horrible experience. Specially about the bus service almost all the passengers were complaining about not dropping them at the correct dropping points.

Worst Transport experience ever faced. UP83BT5034 Bus seat was booked to travel Lucknow from Dehradun. Full payment was taken but when I reached to catch a Bus then the agent told that I have to travel to Haridwar on some another Bus and then in Haridwar you will get your Bus. Also, neither conductor nor driver or any agents were receiving phone. I suggest not to travel via this service
Tickets price is very high and the service is not good. I have booked my ticket from dehradun to lucknow but our bus didn't come to dehradun and they ask us to bord on another bus and gives us chair set and said "your bus will come in Haridwar" This was disgusting.
