Overall hotel is good, the service at hotel by the staff is ok and fine but it's so costly as per price. Room size is better and good but at this price very best room in other hotels.

I'm disappointed with this hotel poor service or badbuks on bed from 2 days my body got red rashes or high itching or insects and bad bucks bacteria on bed ... worst service no one even understand the meaning of senitizer. Insects killer not use by hotel staff. My health issues need refund my money or not happy with hotel services.
The place might be best hotel at time when it was built but now it lacks the basic necessary infrastructure / upgrade to keep at that status. The bed sheets , comforters are very untidy. Even the bathroom is not upto mark. Although the air conditioning and TV etc are up to mark. The fooding is very slow and ain't that unhygienic. Food lacks taste that most of us crave. Pricing is really dependant on budget size, usually it would suit most of us.

Many underage children are working here. Rooms are spacious but dirty. Staff is very very rude same person is electrician and waiter and also receptionist. Only hotel in mahoba. Only double bed rooms are OK triple bed rooms are like jail room. Bathroom are of triangle shape and are dirty. There is seelan in rooms. Tiles are broken you can fall down from second floor to ground floor no need of lift.

Worst place. Rooms not maintained. Dont clean properly. They dont treat you with respect. Lot of underage children working dont respect and listen to you. They over charge for food and unnecessary charges. I don't know how people could give more than 1 star. Dont go to this hotel you will regret.
Nice place to stay in Mahoba.. The best thing is cleanliness and room service.. But sometimes the service gets delayed and that has to be improved.. The rooms are very spacious and elegant..
