Well maintained theatre but not upto the mark. But its ok for the ticket price 130rs. Bike Parking charges will be 10rs and others snacks stuffs is not too good. We'll get irritated by the Ac blower sound inside the hall. When Compared to the nearby theatres this is good for the money we pay.

very very worst experience. i went to 7pm show with family on july16 .... which is most convenient timing for guys who bring their family. but they didn't on the AC when show started. aftr 30 to 45 mins oly they switched on AC. still they maintained very normal room temperature which makes most of thr people uncomfortable. during intermission time, some people fought wth staffs and complained. after tht also they switched on fan oly and didn't reduce AC temperature . i think no one will like this atmosphere and won't come back again.

Located Direct opposite to redhills bus depot, it's 3 screen multiplex, recently they have upgraded with 4K screens nd Dolby Atmos audio but still seats are old, nd heard they need to improve more service to compete with pvr skls which located in same redhills area respectively, will watch movie here nd update my personal review soon.

We went movie on 11th night show. First they put interval .me and brother went to buy popcorn and after 5mins again interval... And the most important thing is popcorn was worst I asked the executive the popcorn is bad. He is saying "popcorn has been over cooked don't tell lies that popcorn is bad" with the face of devil and another few popcorn buyers also complaint to Executive about popcorn he was like ''ok bro ok bro we will cook new one and give you " . Bad experience faced here... better to go another elite screens...

Screen No.1 (Bala) still had the old seats and screen as of Pongal 2021. But the cafeteria has been renovated and there is Dolby Atmos audio with ceiling speakers for both screens. The overal theatre ambience was good. Hope they would renovate the second screen too.

I watched beast on first day at Bala Screen 1. They say theatre was renovated but they use same old seats which does not has pushback also it does not has proper seating arrangement. Dolby Atmos setup is there but cant feel the surrounding. Screen Sound are loudy like local speakers. Projector placed on balcony it hides projection while a person passing through them which is so irritating. It costs 220 per seat (190+charges) which is not worth it. This review is only for bala screen 1 and i dont know about remaining screens.

Sound effects good. Too much sound from audience with some unwanted words. That to be controlled. Because ladies hesitate for some comments
