Hi I'm Diravya kanagarajan im a big fan of this fitness center because they have such a quality based professional gym that I ever seen. I also taken a electrical sections and cavitation for inch loss also for body shaping. It's really effective and given me wonderful result. Also this gym have a well trained trainers with humble character. They will help us in any kind of work-out or queries based on our body and weight loss. Very spacious on to do workout and also have good quality model machines in the gym. And they always keep the surrounding so clean which makes me personally feel nice. Mostly credit goes to Thenmozhi mam ( physio therapist ) plans very well on gym routine. They often conduct circuit and also weight loss challenging programs which helps us in most of the ways. My personal best section is yoga which make our body feels soo good and flexible. Thanks for having such a quality training centre for women. At last thanks for Thenmozhi mam.

Hey y'all! Shree Nidhi Fitness is an awesome gym exclusively for females. I'm glad i found it! It's super comfortable there. The trainers are really helpful and guide you throughout the exercises. Big thanks to Dr. Thenmozhi. I take the evening classes and they provide a variety of exercises every day, and I'm impressed that i lost about 3 kgs in their 15-day weight loss program. The diet plans they provide are also really helpful too!

I have joined this gym for 35 days..trainers are very approachable...give me immense support to stay fit and healthy. I went shree Nidhi Fitness Center last year for one month and participated in weight loss program and reduced 3 kgs. It is the second time that I joined their 1 month program and both the experience was wonderful Now I lost about 2.5 Kgs in a month's span! The trainers are so friendly, respectful and really helpful especially Faiu Mam. The workouts given by trainers are different on a daily basis that are provided by Then Mozhi Mam(Head of Shree Nidhi) and that really boosts up the weight loss process. Without crash dieting we'll be able to loss 3 to 4 Kgs. The gym is very well equipped with almost all the machines and it is so clean and well maintained. The gym is air conditioned too. There is a large area to perform regular body weight workouts and dumbbell workouts. Very happy to be a part of their clientele! Shree nidhi fitness is certainly going to be a huge part in my journey to a healthy fit lifestyle. If anyone wants to join Gym please prefer shree Nidhi fitness center as high priority.
