"I recently had the opportunity to visit the orthopedics department at Shree Narayana Hospital in Raipur, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The orthopedic team exhibited exceptional professionalism and expertise. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and empathy. The doctors took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The hospital's state-of-the-art facilities and modern equipment were impressive, and I could see their commitment to delivering top-notch healthcare. The surgical procedure I underwent was successful, and the post-operative care I received was outstanding. The nursing staff was attentive and caring, ensuring my recovery went smoothly. I'm grateful to the entire orthopedics department at Shree Narayana Hospital for their dedication and expertise. My experience here has been nothing short of excellent, and I would highly recommend this department to anyone in need of orthopedic care."

Do not take your loved ones to this hospital if u really love them , they are just money minded and they do unnecessary surgeries for the charges post operation. They treat you in ICU only and will say pneumonia first then they will say we need to do tracheostomy then we need to do dialysis, then creatinine will raise , then your loved one will die without food ,water (because they don't give water to make that person dehydrated) medicines will slowly dehydrate the body and your loved one will die.

I would never recommend to anyone to get admit in this hospital. This is completely commercial. They killed my father. Doctors behaviour is so rude. Pankaj Omar is one of them. In their ICU there are many bacteria which is uncommon and this is not curable. If you want to save your loved one, Never never go to this hospital.

My father had recently undergone robotic surgery of both the knees at Sree Narayana Hospital, Raipur, under the treatment of Dr Pritam Agarwal. Surgery was successful and now my father is fine and enjoying his life without having any pain, and I must say, it was complete a good experience. The orthopedic team exhibited exceptional professionalism and also I got the support from Murthy Ji and last the reception Guy Mr Javed who help my father at night by going extra mile.

The worst hospital I have ever experienced. Please don't visit if you are a cardiac patient. I don't know how other Doctors treat their patients but the cardiologist mainly Manoj Kumar Gupta is the bad one . He killed my mother. Proper care and attention isn't being given to the patient. Due to lack of humanity and treatment my mother died after angioplasty. By default of procedure of angioplasty my mother suffered a lot and ultimately died out of care, attention and treatment. Life is precious gift and doctors are the second God but it is totally adverse at this hospital. Think thousand times before attending your loved one here . I have lost my mother and I won't find her anymore. You can earn money more and more but you can't bring your loved ones back near you. I had made blunder in taking decision to admit my mother in Shree-Narayana hospital Raipur.

In case you are in pursuit of hospital with regard to cardiac issue then don't visit this hospital as this hospital doesn't provide after care service to patients properly. In addition to that Dr. Manoj Kumar Gupta is playing with the life of patient and their family as well. What is happening inside the ICU isn't being disclosed by the Dr and ICU staff. Patient relative isn't being informed about the patient condition and issue. Due care of patient is also not being prioritised by the hospital. Behaviour and notion of staff of this hospital isn't amiable and friendly. Overall I don't think to recommend this hospital for anyone. You should try to visit other hospitals in raipur for your loved one.

Manoj Gupta and Krishna Somani killed my father. They will tell you this hospital is patient centric but it is everything but that. My father was healthy with only a curable heart problem, but they have the worst ICU's, my father caught infection in the ICU and died. If you are getting a infection in what should be the most cleaned or isolated place as a ICU and losing your life, then you can imagine the kind of service they provide. I humbly request please save your loved ones from moving them out of this hospital before it's too late.

Worst section of hospital is pathalogy.. For a single report, one need to wait for 2-3hr. You have to keep checking whether the report is ready or not.. They won't inform you if any machine fails. You dont have any choice to do test from outside then. Hospital management have to pay some attention to this blunder things. You should inform to that paitent about the report delay. You have whole information in the reciept about the paitent . So that paitnet can go for any other option too. Highly disappointing about the pathalogy service. Will never recommend this pathalogy facility .
