My Father in law was admitted in this hospital for Paralysis Treatment. Doctors are nice but Management and specially billing team are not at all professional. Specialised neurosurgeon doctor visited for one day only and they have added visiting charges for 2 days. When we informed them about the issue, they told us that doctor had visited twice
you might not be available at that time. We argue that one of our family members are available 24/7 how it is possible and suppose if we assume no one is available you should have called us that specialized doctor is visiting at this time, We would have immediately come and where are the neurosurgeon suggestion / prescription documents for 2nd day. After 2 hrs of explanation and argument with billing staff they deducted the additional charges from billing. My suggestion would be please check all the charges properly before billing.
