I reached out to the clinic at 5:55 pm to book a teeth cleaning appointment, and they initially suggested I come in around 10 minutes. However, as I was en route, I received a call at 6:03 pm, informing me of a rescheduled time of 6:30 pm due to another patient. Despite arriving promptly at 6:30 pm, my appointment was not honored. Instead, I was made to wait until 7:00 pm, despite showing them the call history from my 5:55 pm call. Shockingly, my name was not even noted down in their appointment register. This experience left me extremely disappointed. The staff exhibited a concerning indifference to their responsibilities, disregarding the importance of sticking to scheduled times and delivering appropriate service. Timeliness and commitment are crucial, especially when appointments are confirmed. Regrettably, I must convey that this incident has led me to the conclusion that I can no longer be a patron of your clinic. Should this approach persist, I can only extend my best wishes to you in maintaining your business. Upholding commitments and offering satisfactory service are cornerstones of a successful enterprise.
