I'd been for breakfast, and ter was no water for handwash, I asked the owner for water politely,, his behaviour was abnormal, and he says if u want to have breakfast then hav or els get out from the hotel!
Simple and south india breakfast are served here. Though the place was not so higgenic but the food was delicious and good.
Food was pathetic here. I would not recommend anyone going here. We tried masala dosa, idly and medu Wada. Nothing tasted good here. Didn't seem hygienic as well. There was no soap/liquid hand wash near the wash basin.
It is too bad, there is no cleanness, and serving old food items,waste of money. Service also bad.

Yes literally I hated it... It was on 24th Jan 2019 we were traveling to Ooty from Bangalore, we left Bangalore early morning, after some time we were passing by Mysore ring road and we found this good restaurant to have breakfast... It seemed good and also looked good but after entering the restaurant the scene was totally changed... I think We were very first customers to visit that day. Some workers were busy in cleaning so we asked whether it's still closed or open but some nice workers who were cleaning welcomed us and said it's open and to have seat. We came inside and here inside some one was scolding with bad words and with full volume to workers. I understood that this is owner who is scolding... He was very upset regarding few workers who were absent that day. we simply sat on our table and waited for some time, after some time I called some worker who was cleaning and he took our order as all staffs were busy with owner who was scolding them... We were very much uncomfortable by his language and volume. After waiting for some time I thought I can say something to stop him scolding... I gone near to him, with very much kindly and politely I asked 'sir let it be, please stop scolding' he was on full fire and started scolding me also with bad words for asking... I was very much upset but controlled myself... I just felt very bad for asking him not to quarrel in front of customer but he didn't care, he didn't knew how to behave with customers. and after that we didn't told him anything... I just said to cancel the order, took my family and went outside. That's all. I don't have anything to say against the hotel but please understand how to behave with customers, it's still okay if you didn't give us respect or response but it feels very bad when you scold us... We came out and found another small hotel infront of this hotel called Shanthi Sagar. As shanthi sagar was not a typical south indian darshini there were no idly dosa available. But they were preparing fresh hot paratha at entrance. We just went in and had very good parathas with omelet. This hotel was small but staff and owner was very kind. I just don't prefer this hotel at any cost because first they should understand how to talk after that food matters...
