Shree Kkasturi Medicare Pvt. Ltd. - Private hospital in Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

I had admitted here for 4 nights and my review about hospital is very good. Below are some points which I want to highlight. 1) Room and toilets are clean and comfortable, daily twice cleaning they do. 2) They change bedsheet everyday. 3) Staff is very cooperative and helpful. 4) staff always available when you call. 5) Administration is also very good. 6) everyday morning doctor came. 7) Only one incident happened bad with me I don't want to say but overall is very good . Thanks to all of you.

This is strongly refuting an earlier review posted by one Sudeshna Roy and the same echoed by Monalisa Chattopadhyay and Binita Dey making false and mindless assessment about this hospital. Krishna, Sudeshna's late mother, was suffering from advanced stage of cirrhosis of liver, which was detected years ago. On request of her husband Me and my wife Nandini were instrumental arranging admission for our friend in ShreeKKasturi as they were looking for a good and not-so-expensive hospital near their house. We both have visited the hospital on number of times when Krishna was admitted and her husband , Sudarshan Roy was present. Never he was unhappy about the hospital and found the hospital as gold digger. On the first occasion,she came back from the hospital in a much improved state and was healthier. As the patient party was happy with the hospital that is why they took her to Shree KKasturi again, to the same hospital, when she got injured . Sudeshna has alleged that hospital is gold digger. But the fact is that the hospital had sent Doctor to Krishna's house and the visit was not charged. Moreover, the condition of the patient regarding cirrhosis of liver and impending situations were explained to Mr. Roy by the Doctor in presence of my wife. Important to mention, Krishna ultimately passed away on 20th Oct 2023 in a big hospital in Parel. Not in Shree KKasturi. Dr. Rakhi Aggarwal has always taken personal care about Krishna as they had a common friend , Nandini, my wife. I do not know what made Sudeshna Roy to launch an organised campaign with the help of her friends based on falsehood. This is unfortunate. About the incident regarding one Moushi or some party, my question remains: Did she make complaint about it to the hospital management? Did they not take action? I really feel ashamed for such a false review posted by Sudeshna and apologise in my personal capacity to Dr. Rakhi Agarwal and Dr. Rajiv Agarwal, who do not deserve this treatment.

This is the worst hospital I've ever experienced. My mother was admitted in this hospital twice from 27th Aug-3rd Sept and from 17th Sept to 25th Sept and she did not get any treatment and she eventually lost her life. This is just a money making hospital who just wants to loot their patients' money!There was one incident my mother told me when she was alive the Moushi in the ICU and general ward used same clothes to clean the private parts of different patients. There was another incident where my mother was lying sick in the hospital bed and instead of attending the patient the doctor's were busy having a party! This hospital is just a gold digger, all they care is looting their patients! This hospital is a scam. Everybody please think twice before admitting your friends and family in this hospital. It can cost a life, it costed me dearly.

Very clean n well maintained. Prompt service by the nurses n Ward boy/women. Doctors were to Good n medicines prescribed had Immediate effect on the patient thus Improvement in the health of the patient was quick .Thanks to the authority for The well organised team work.

I was blessed with a baby boy. I would love to share my experience with your hospitality team. Firstly Special thanks to DR. Dharaskar, who had always been with my wife, was very scared about her delivery. Dr Dharaskar personally assisted her for the whole process during her pregnancy. Also I would like to thank the whole staff who took care and it was the best service I had in kasturi hospital. I was a bit disappointed with the package, what they said and what they charge for it. I spent two days in hospital , service is not good .

I have been here to treat gallbladder stone, Dr.Rakhi Agarwal explained very nicely and I went through gallbladder removal surgery,all went good, staff is very helpful, Dr.Brijesh Dubey did the operation, he came to me 1 night before the operation to explained me the process. I surely recommend this hospital for any medical assistant.
