Khodiyar kathiyawadi is famous restaurants in Baroda. To begin with, I had sev tameta, ringan nu bhaddhu, masala khichadi and kadhi. Sev tomato was sweet so i don't like it much. The other gravy was also bitter and had no taste. I like masala khichadi although it wasn't up to my mark. In terms of service, it is fast and the staff is friendly. Overall, I had okay okay experience. It's a bit costly compared to the food quality. So I am giving them two stars. I hope they improve their quality.

Ambience is really good. Too much people for dine in. Noisy environment. Service is pretty fast. I won't recommend rotla. Try any roti as it goes well with any sabzi. washroom needs improvements. All in all good place for dine in.

Human Hair was found in the food, same was told to the waiter but he took it very casually. Also we informed the manager but no meaning. Hence place is not preferable ! Guys, pls check food & take care if you are eating here, hairs might be in your food as well.

I have visited Khodiyar Kathiawadi many times personally and with my family, friends and so far my experience has always been good. The staff there are very enthusiastic. The more you enjoy the food, the greater the sense of pleasure. The food here and their every dish is very tasty. Their servers will highly recommend getting their specials. A table full of their pickles and salads is great. You can enjoy very tasty food with enough space to move freely in the hotel..I like to go there often.

The khichiya papad was the most delicious papad of all time. This place has one of the most beautiful ambience for being there with your family. The paneer toofani was great and also the chas was good. The other veg curry (I don't know the name as it was suggested by the place owner) was not very tasty. People who are looking for a place to have kathiawadi food at a very reasonable place must visit here Atleast once. They also have delicious pickles and sweets. I had the ladoo which was very delightful. The best thing is the service you get. Immediate response to your every request and your orders served Hot within 3 to 4 minutes.

The food was amazing. Specially new khakhra Pizza is a must try. Didn't had the same joy as before in cheese paneer gotalo.

Amazing Kathiyawadi Cuisine. I loved every bit of it. I don't take too much spice in general. But the spices here gives so many different tastes. It is not so much chilly spicy. Even the green chilly was palatable to me. And the sweets here are out of the world. Especially the Mango Shrikandh. Oh. My. God. There is no Thali here. But any main course you order, can be made like a Thali. They ask if you want papad, chaas, before the main course and sweet after it. These are charged extra but worth every bit. And coming to The Best Part - they have so many pickles to try and so many salads they start you with. Both are free of cost. I'm not a pickle lover. But I loved the best of varied tastes that each of these pickles packed in it. It was like I didn't even know such good tastes exists. I felt like parts of my tongue got to explore some tastes good the first time in my 4+ decades of Life. Awesome it was.

Have visited Khodiyar Kathiawadi more than a couple of times now and the experience thus far has always been great. The staff shows as much enthusiasm as you do. The more you enjoy the food, the seem to get a sense of accomplishment and happiness. The food is delicious and I would highly recommend getting their khichya papdi and other classic kathiyawadi dishes. Although the servers would suggest getting the kaju paneer specials, stick to the classics as they do that well. I fin the table to be already to cumbersomely filled up with condiments that you cannot really enjoy the food with enough space to move around freely. The decor is also nice.
