We ordered Sev Tamatar on Swiggy. The tomatoes were stale and smelling very bad. We called the restaurant, they blatantly refused to refund and started making excuses that tomatoes are expensive. Swiggy is not refunding as well.

Cheap food quality without any proper hygiene and the food not good , always a cold food whenever ordered , I hv attached the photos cross check and plz check again and again not worth it , shameless restaurant, after providing a service not worth the money , money waste food , plz think twice or thrice before ordering from this cheap Khana Khazana and through Swiggy

Had great dal batti churma and badi thali. The owner (Mota bhai) was a cheerful person and sat with us and talked about life for a few mins.

A surprise in HSR layout, so less vegetarian places and yet another hit . Shree khana khazan will provide a variety of vegetable gravy items and authentic Rajasthani taste. Superb stop for daily lunch and dinner.

Good food, affordable, owner is friendly. Meets expectations of a basic, no frills place.

Though they make good tasty food, the service is way behind. We had ordered a couple of times earlier on Swiggy and liked an item. This time when I was in the vicinity, I decided to go and pick up the item myself. When I reached the place, the welcome was half hearted- like I was disturbing their peaceful time( I was the only customer at this time). While trying to explain the item we liked and how I wanted it, the order taking person was over confident and said he understood what I was asking for. I tried to tell them politely but the person just ignored my talks. Later after getting home, we realised they gave us a completely different items and even over charged us for this. Cons: Tasty food Good seating area Cons: Visibility/location- hard to find 2 floors of stairs to reach seating area Rude/negligent customer service Hygiene is a concern No parking area Delayed and slow service

I tried dal baati churma thali here, and dal was normal one which we have with rice, It was not at all dal baati wali authentic dal. Baati was so hard to break from outside and less cooked from inside. Service was not also good. I don't recommend to try dal baati churma thali here.
