Shree Ji Guest House - Guest house in Maheshwar - Khargone, India

It was a heart warming experience at maheshwar and we got a very warm hearted hospitality by the owner as well. Very reasonable rates. The room and bathroom were both clean and the guest house is at a corner location which is very easy to locate. Market is just few steps away. You get fresh fruits right infront of the guest house and a chemist shop too. And it's a treat to a have a conversation with the owner. The beauty of maheshwar is highly with its people and maa Narmada. I highly wish the location stays clean and the people remain this humble and helpful always. I highly recommend to stay at this property and wish to come back soon.

We stayed 2 nights in Shree Ji guesthouse. Would definitely recommend it! Excellent location (close to the fort and ghats), great value for money, super clean rooms with hot water. At night we enjoyed sitting on the rooftop. Very sweet owner who made us feel very welcome. Attentive service, good tips for lunch and dinner.

Plenty of space in the room. Always clean and scented. Nice interior with colourful decors, and enough space for 6 people to sleep (3 beds). Proper windows and also terrace for drying clothes. Switches are proper and all-working, along with television and AC. Totally price efficient. But, the washroom is very small.

Undoubtedly the closest place to stay near the Narmada river banks! The main reason we had gone to visit this place was to enjoy ourselves on the river banks and it is literally just about 3 mins away (walking time) and also the ahilya fort is also at the same place on the river bank. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable! The best thing is the service the we received! The people are really polite, understanding and very helpful. Also, all kinds of shops are at one hand distance from here. Surely, the best place to stay in Maheshwar!

Very clean and comfortable room with hot water, rooftop view and a great location near all the top sights and the beautiful, peace ghats. The owner is extremely friendly and is always in a good mood and ready to help. A perfect stopping point between mandu and Omkareshwar. Will come back again!

If you're on a budget in Maheshwar, this is your place. Sandeep who runs the place is fantastic as is his incredibly welcoming lovely family. The room was spacious enough, very central, lots of affordable local food and market right outside. 2min from the fort, rooftop with a great view, clean, modern, what more could you ask for really? As a single foreign female I felt very safe and welcomed.

It's all about one man making the best of limited resources of space and manpower to give you the best possible service right in the centre of the little town. Nothing too pretentious and very very reasonable prices to stay for a couple of nights. Safe and secure hotel and you can walk to the ghats and temples of Maheshwar from this location. Not a five star hotel, but at the prices offered one shouldn't expect either. Don't forget to take a look from the terrace when you visit the hotel.

It is a good place to stay with family in low price.Owner is very good person and well mannered. Cleanliness was very good. Ghat and fort are very near from here at walking distance. Only thing lacking here is meal arrangements. But good quality food is an issue at Maheshwar city itself.So it is worth while for overnight stay. This place delivered .
