Transport is an issue and hotel does not help with transport. Only in-room dining with limited menu. Service needs a huge improvement. Rooms OK but in-room facilities need improvement. Would not recommend unless there is no option.

I have visited a destination wedding on 28th Nov and experience that their behaviour was very un-professional in terms of service and quality. I have seen many properties where customers feedback always welcome but in this property if client gets on poor service then despite of improving their service they come back on customers very rudely. Food quality is that poor that your stomach will get upset. Service is that poor that my guests were picking luggage trolley itself . I am not sure how they service in one night stay but in destination wedding it was very poor.
Staff is very unprofessional, they don't have manners how to talk customers and even elders. At the time of check-in staff doesn't have facility for luggage transfers and at the time of check-out they will unnecessarly blame you on stolen things. I mean if you have make a count of things at the time of check-in then also it is understandable but this is like looting of money. Last but not the least food quality (stinct food) was very bad, most of our guests had stomach problems. BIG NO for this property if someone is looking for destination wedding vennue.
