The most senior surgeon is a total non professional, very rude, operating OPD in an emergency ward, treating patients as mere germs.He threatened to live the surgery midway just because we ask them to do proper and complete treatment and they call themselves doctor. Bloody goon. A person at doctor level should be helpful, sympathetic and empathetic towards the patient. The staff is useless and they do not care, they do not work. One literally has to fight with them to make sure every task is completed. The ICU staff is even worse. A hospital and staff that just do not care for human lives. Only go to this hospital if u want ur loved ones dead.

Any person who is a medical professional should be helpful, sympathetic and empathetic towards the patient but somehow we found that neither the Doctors nor nursing staff were emotionally available. A senior doctor like him specially understands the plight of the relatives but he is just acted as a goon threatening us to leave the surgery midway just because we raised concerns related to the methods of operation. In no ways is this acceptable. The staff is useless and they do not care, they do not work. One literally has to fight with them to make sure every task is completed. The ICU staff is even worse. A person in medical profession is always modest, polite, sympathetic and eger to explain the problem if needed or asked to. But we had to face lot of difficulties he wanted the things to work in the way suggested by him. When we raised questions (A senior doctor like him) is just a goon as a doctor started threatening to leave the surgery midway. and they call themselves a doctor. Bloody goon. I lost my dear one and the doctor responsible did not find it fit to have a word with me or my family. The ICU people were in a hurry to just complete the formalities instead of understanding the people's plight. A hospital and staff that just do not care for human lives. When dr. Prescribed you medicine or injection to get from hospital's pharmacy at ground floor they will give you local one at higher cost instead of cheaper and branded one.... plz make sure dont be fool in the name of generic medicine. Cross check on internet for available options.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and dr dinesh were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr dinesh really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options.

Hospital run by a trust. Treatment is not expensive but you have to compromise with hygiene. Located in Panchvati society road area, Rajkot. Good for routine health problems. Staff needs professional training. Otherwise, 100bed facility. It is a multispeciality hospital. You get treatment for many health issue under one roof
