Worst hospital They didn't change bedsheet for 3 days, didn't mopped the floor for 3 days, there is no attendent . Staff is disrespectful. Doctors will not come on time. For everything you have to tell them 10 times then they will just give jazz... but no improvement. Worst experience.

Worst ever experience. They are charging very high. I just had an abdomen pain and for one saline they charged 1300 which costs only 200 rs. Doctors are not punctual and they are running their hospital just to loot people's money. I just hate this hospital for a little abdomen pain treatment they charged me 6000 which resulted in nothing. Highly requesting don't ever visit this hospital

This is one of the worst hospital. Never go here. They are fake am fraud. Service is extremely poor. You have to call the nurses and ward boys 5 times still they don't attend you. They loot you and overcharge. It's not clean too. They are avoiding to pay my security deposit even when the claim is approved by insurance company. I've registered 2 complaints against this hospital and will reach out to SMC too.

Worst Hospital I have ever seen. Staff - Most unprofessional, rude and no common sense to talk to patients (Except for 2 nurses Bhavna + 1 and the Housekeeping staff). I had to wait for 55 mins for a glass of water. The staff keeps playing the blame game amongst each other all the time. Hygiene - Negative ranking if I had the option to score in negative. There were cockroach's running in an AC Private Room. The cabinets were filled with cockroach. I was there for 5 days of which 4 days the AC did not work. Treatment - I was only given paracetamol via Saline all 5 days and just because I had Insurance they managed to pull the Bill to 46000/- only for treating with paracetamol. Very incompetent staff, there is no learned person in the billing counter to explain the Billing Process. They don't start the treatment unless you pay the initial deposit however when it comes to refund the balance amount they come up with 1000 processes to delay the refund. They don't even have a proper file to provide at the time of discharge. Food - Horrible than one could even imagine. Even worse is the staff forgets to inform about a patient's admission to the canteen result of which is no food to the patient. In a span of 5 days I had to fight twice for something as basic as food. Even after that got food 2hrs after my medicine time. Last but not the least they forgot to give the discharge medicine, may be because I forgot to remind them. I will never ever recommend this hopeless hospital ever to anyone.

I recently had an operation in this hospital dr and sister They did a very good job but at the last moment they increased the bill and even after 10 days they did not give the payment receipt and when I came to collect it, they answered in a flurry of words, no common sense to speak properly. I would really recommend to anyone will not Had a bad experience

Worst hospital service. DR. Shrihari Dhorepatil consult around 35,000 rupees for overall package. Now they asked to pay 60,000 rupees and now everyone try to refused it including Mr. So called Srihari Sir. Don't loot common people for worst service ever.

Just a normal fever, they advised to admit. And they simply gave me paracetamol through saline. But the main part is I a made mistakes telling them that I have health insurance. And you won't believe they made a bill of Rs. 61000/-

The night staffs were extremely generous and patient. The doctor made the right diagnosis without much delay which helped in getting the right treatment at the earliest.
