Worst Service ever I've seen at this hospital Not giving proper instructions Regarding medicines at medine and front counter every staff is telling that communicate to another staff I don't know. All are working at same hospital and don't know the policies. Even manager is sooo bad, talking rudely they don't know how to communicate and Respect there Patients.Not even listening to senior citizens as well. The doctors are very genuine and good Properly treating and Communication is also goodgood the only thing I found postive here at hospital.

I would like to express my appreciation to the staff of Shree Gurunanak Dharmarth Hospital for their outstanding service. I arrived at the hospital at 6:10 pm to collect my reports, after the pick-up time had ended at 6 pm, and found all cabins closed. When I inquired about the next day, one of the staff ladies overheard me and kindly went out of her way to open the cabin for me and provide me with my reports. This gesture of generosity and kindness from the staff has left me feeling extremely glad and satisfied. The humility of your staff is a true reflection of the values trust stands for. Thank you once again for the exceptional service.

Employee service at the medicine counter is worst. No manner of talking to any person , they just throw the medicine on patients, on being asked about the medicine they just start yelling nonsense,and never respond properly, one of the worst people(employee) stay there at the counter and treat the other patient like animals.

Good in infrastructure, very clean Affordable low prices of lab testing, Experinced Doctor's with Highly manner degree certification. Everything all about Good.

Good hospital. They have lots of doctors who come on visiting basis. The Ophthal department is really good.

Dr. Ajay Mahajan is not talking with Patients on their pain. Simply giving medicines without even telling that what might be tha cause. It was very bad experience in such places where most of the people come from middle class or lower middle class family for the treatment.

Prefer not to go. In some of the department crowd is like anything that your half day will be gone at each visit that you will make. And for other departments the doctors are just there to refer you to their own private hospital. So at the end you will end up wasting your time and pay the same fee at par with private clinics so better go to any well known clinic.

The management won't even pick up the phone. And the other number given here is invalid. What kind of facility is this ?
