One of the finest Hindu temple with beautiful architecture.. there are 3 temple, one we can see before entering to the village, one we can see inside of the village another temple is after village.. each temple have beautiful story.. homestay is available with good facilities.. must visit this place on Monday evening..

It is a nice divine place will be crowded during amavasya and the Karthika masa and during festival season.

This temple is very famous, thousands of people believe and fallow the deity of this temple. The temple architecture is awesome with many sculptures in the rajagopura and in inner corridors, rajagopura is attention seeking which depicts many social and cultural activities of that time period and many erotic sculptures as we can see in many hindu temple architecture. We can many store keepers who sell materials required for pooja, car parking is available. Road from challakere to this temple is so good. Worth to visit for architecture lovers and devotees.

It happens every year and it with be very beautiful to watch the crowd n d big chariot pulled by 1000s of devotees. A must visit place if u r around challakere.
