Shree Gupta Sweets - Sweet shop in Guduvancheri - Chengalpattu, India

SGB's sweets are awesome. But this location's customer service is very poor. Employees are mostly non-Tamil so struggled to communicate. We asked for something and they were packing something else. When we went there, there were only a couple of customers. But they took more than 10-15 mins for the first response to us. Definitely not a good experience. And there is no space for parking even on the road side.

Was very hungry and hence ordered grilled cheese sandwich, it was cold and the cheese was just kept, the bread felt like it was pre grilled and the cheese slice was just kept, felt overcharged, it was definitely not worth rs 120. Please avoid snacks from here.

This shop is located in the GST road, Guduvanchery. Shop looks some what very congested and it doesn't have enough space to walk around the shop. I really liked the taste of their Badam milk and also loved all their variety of sweets. Seems like little pricy. I bought assorted ghee sweet of 0.5 kg for 450 RS. It is also available on Zomato and Swiggy, so you can order all the varieties of sweets online No parking space, only street parking available here. Need to improve the way staffs communicate to customers.

I always loved this place. Basically I love sweets ,, so this place is simply heaven of sweets. I placed hell number of orders through Zomato and Swiggy from this place. I really liked and simply loved all their variety of sweets. They are also available on all food ordering platforms as said ,, at Zomato and also at Swiggy. I used to call them hell number of times , while I place my order , to provide necessary instructions . They politely attended my call , replied and also followed my instructions. That's quite appreciable. I greatly like fruit halwa here. It will just satisfy your taste buds. Sweet lovers should visit this place

"It used to be one of the best restaurants, but that's no longer the case. I ordered sweet lassi at the Guduvancheri branch, and they charged me 120 rupees. However, the quality and quantity are far below the standards of Gupta Bhavan. This is concerning, as I have celebrated many great occasions at Gupta Bhavan. They should address this issue promptly. When I complained to the staff, they did not respond adequately."

Worst of all customer service and the sweets that we can't choose of our own, in the shop they even don't know Tamil or English, it used to be a good stall now good for nothing I suggeste not to go even near this place..

The location was good, but there was no car parking space. Sweets and snacks was good tast, but only problem is every in the shop was northindians right from cashier till last server. I'm not denying them but atleast 1 or 2 local language guys also need to be there

Sweets are standard and not too sugary. Appropriately sweet, and the jalebis are amazing, too bad they have it limited so get it during day time itself. Only if they had Rabadai and Boondi ladoo as well, it would have been a complete sweet shop. Apart from this their chaat shop is crispy and tasty. Pure taste as it should be. Bit on the expensive side, but worth it.
