We come for a checkup here from very far. So we usually contact them in advance if the doctor is present. But after getting in the hospital, the doctor is never there. They never give correct information on the phone. Receptionist doesn't even take responsibility for that

Staff behaviour is good enough but doctors are careless and they intentionally delay everything. Doctors visit patient for a minute in a whole day and don't even properly check . They just give you list of medicine and test lists to be done. Also they don't even take blood sample without billing even when patient has been admitted for 5 days. Also they have only 1 dresser for whole hospital, which isn't enough. Some doctors behaviour are really good but many dealy things just to add on bills. Thank you

Very bad hospital I have ever seen.All hospital staff's behaviour is very bad they told lie to patient and their family members.Every staff are unknown about hospitalization fee and other test and treatment fee details.If u ask them,they will tell you "doctor batayenge". No any kind of responsibility or caring for patient.their goal is to achieve only lu "Lut lo patient ko".only for endoscopy test they charge about 50000 for my father.And they took them for three days in ICU.They tiik normal patient for test only in ICU,what kind of service they provide for patient.Docto

From my point of view the best hospital in bilaspur which help you to get cure quickly..... Most recommended

This hospital is very bad, no one pays proper attention to the patients here. And here more money is also charged

Facilities of this hospital is all good no any problems my patient is cure toofast

Treatment is done in good way all facilities available

Staff and doctor's behaviour is good but medicine rate is very expensive here. They take same as given in MRP and don't accept medicine from outside.
