the rooms are clean and tidy. however it is unadvisable for people expecting bigger rooms. will let you book 3 people in one room but it's not enough, at max you'll get a mattress to sleep in the floor or adjust with the other two occupants on the same bed. the major plus is that it's right on mg marg which is great! plus it has a good view from the terrace.

room is so small. staff behavior is good. overall is good. I want to say something about food There is no arrangement for food at the hotel. but But beside the hotel is Siddhartha where Bengali food is available Everyone is requesting please do not go this type of hotel because It is better to drink water than to give you Bengali food. next The reception that used to be so bad that its use is so bad. the biggest thing is The food was completely ruined and uncleaned the total area of food place. One of them is a concept Do not you get the service I do not need to see that because a lot of customer here.

Staff behavior Mr. Pintu was too good and helpful. But the hotel is basically a lodge. The rooms are toooo small to be honest. You can even move around as soon as you you will hit the room door. This hotel was given to me by Ibibo as my previous hotel was overbooked. If you are not claustrophobic then go ahead for a night stay not more. Not for family with too many luggage for sure!

We Stay there for 3 days. Overall experience was very good. Rooms are clean. Staffs are also very helpfull. Every room has a TV set, Gyser, electric kattle, extra towel etc. Location is also pretty good. I will fully recommend this hotel for any type of tourist.

The hotel is located in the Heart of MG Marg, Gangtok. Wonderful Location! Service is quite good. Hotel room and bathrooms are clean. Price is quite affordable! The only problem is rooms are quite small. Highly Recommended!!! Guests who are looking for Good Food can go to Hotel Sharma! (Good Food at Affordable Price). It is just opposite of the Hotel (Beside Agarwals). Please avoid Hotel Siddharth (unprofessional behavior).

There is only one Positive part of this hotel that this is on MG Marg..but i think you can find many more hotels in MG Marg. Main negative things are the rooms, we booked 3 rooms for 6 persons but the rooms are not clean and very clumsy, there is no room heater and the geyser's are not working properly. no Room service and house keeping facilities are there. Even they will assure us that the will arranged a car for baba mandir and Tsomgo lake next morning but at 7.30 am they call us and say they are not available to get permit for changu nd baba mandir, they are not even gave our documents back. so I personally suggests that please do not go for this hotel, waste of money...waste of mood!!! The rooms and the room service is the most disgusting thing.very small and clumsy room. 2nd thing is the are not guide us for anything, we are going sikkim for the first time we asked for their guidance but they r not up to the mark.

Hotel was okay as compared with the price. The rooms are very small though. And if you have to check out early morning be ready to carry your own luggage as hotel staff are least interested in customer satisfaction.

This is the worst place ever. Reaching the hotel itself was a huge task as we had to climb up and down the stairs multiple times with our luggage and on reaching that hotel, we had to again go to 5th floor with our luggage and without any help. I had to carry my own bag upstairs. The room was dirty. Linen was not clean. Outside the room, clothes were hanging around. We were told that we will receive tea and coffee, but that never came. Even the water was too cold. There was no space to even move after keeping our luggage. It was completely misleading. When we enquired about getting another room, they said it was all full and when we said that we wanted to leave, they said they can shift us to another room. That is not acceptable for someone travelling all the way here to find such bad hospitality. Lastly, the housekeeping guy himself said that he was sleeping into our room before we checked in and he had kept his wallet in the wardrobe.
