Sri Dwadasha Jyotirlinga Temple is located in Omkar Hills Bangalore. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. With an exceptional architecture. There's no proper parking space for the vehicles. And the road towards the temple is in very bad condition. Weekend and festival days will be very crowded. One shop is available at the top, for the necessary pooja items. Omkar Hills in Srinivasapura is one of the highest points of Bangalore. The Sri Dwadasha Jyotirlinga Devasthana is unique, and one of the most magnificent and gigantic temples in Karnataka.

An amazing temple & each jyotirlinga was constructed in a temple of its own. We could see different Shiva lingas inside and details given alongside to know more about them. Lot of parking space available there and there is also beautiful while linga separately set up with the Swamiji's efforts and we also see all the Rishis like Vasistha, Kashyap, Vishwamitra etc beautifully done around that's mandap. Must visit temple in the vicinity of Omkar hills which is so developed with lot of commercial and residential complexes. Definitely worth a visit here.

Very peaceful and serene place. The temple has replicas of 12 Jyotirling and one can have a city view from the hill top. Shorts, bermudas, capris, backless blouse and open hair is not allowed.
Divine and beautiful temple! It's very clean and well maintained temple. There are two roads to the temple. If you're going by your car.. take the ashram route that takes you right next to the temple. If you go via the arch on the main road, you may have to climb few steps. For elderly it may be tiring. Main temple hosts the Dwadasha Jyotirlingas. At the center is Sri Omkareshwara, then you go around to visit the other 11. The temple is divine. There is a Dhyana Mandir next to the temple. Octagonal in shape, it offers a great place for meditation. On thee Weekends the temple is open from 7AM to 9PM. Usually gets crowded around Maha Mangalaarti which happens at 12:30 noon. After that Prasadam (pongal / rice-araam) is served at the dining hall.
Such peaceful place. There's meditation place right behind the temple which is so calming but the maintenance around it is too bad.
