very bad room service and cleanness i have seen in 30 years

Very poor room maintenance. Location of hotel is good. Restaurant is mainly for Bar plus Non Veg. Not a good option for family though. Need to improve a lot. Wouldn't recommend this for family. Bathroom was clean. Vehicle Parking space available.
one of the worst hotel ever i stayed in. To start with the reception asks u to pay the bill before even checkin and is adamant over it. after entering the room there were no bottles of water, no tissue roll in washroom and when i hd asked the room boy about it he replied we dont keep bottle in rooms and if u need bottle it will be 20 rs per bottle and then he says tissue roll is out of stock and when i complained in reception in 2 min they got the tissue roll. Ordered a simple snack( boiled chole) two time and after 1 Hour also i didnt get it and then a room service guy comes at the door and asks us did u order anythng and the best part there phone is nt working so no follow up or anythng. *non ac rooms which lacks basic amenities.*
Unhappy with services and the way manager talking this is totally bakwas room and too much bakwas smell in room .no towel as well as soap provided .staff is so rude.un happy backside St stand and too much machchar
The rooms are very much presentable and well maintained. The staff is cordial and prompt. The hotel has a good ambiance to itself. Hotel is suitable for all kinds in accordance to their budget spent.
Worst of the Worst management and service... No value for Customer... Taste LESS food... Pathetic approach ... Dont deserved even half of the star... If u wish to spoil your mood n happiness ready to waste money ... then and then only visit... otherwise RAM RAM
I found everything up to the mark in this hotel. They provided a good service and hospitality. Location also is very nice and comfortable to reach. Hotel staff was warm well coming . Stay with this hotel was really good.
