In one month there is a lot of improvement in my health, body, hormone parameters, flexibility and calmness. Lalitha madam is one of the best yoga teachers with full radiance of positive energy. She teaches yoga at all levels and makes easy for beginners as well by taking individual attention. Madam teaches meditation which is very powerful. A must go place for all including students and feel the positive change.

I joined this Yoga Center just 2 weeks ago and my body already started feeling relaxed and stress free. Lalitha Ma'am is the best Yoga guru who don't only teach different yasana's daily but also bless us and always wish us the best. As a mother and working women Yoga is very necessary in day to day life and I found the best Yoga Center which is very near to my home.

She teaches each aasana with patience which helped me to do the posture in perfect manner. I have seen a lot of improvement in flexibility and fitness. I joined this yoga studio last month, after looking at all the positive reviews in Google. I can definitely say it is worth it. There is no repetition of asanas frequently and the types of meditation, Pranayama ma'am makes us do are also unique every time. You may feel ma'am is strict sometimes but she helps you to push your limits. She is always ready to correct your postures if you are doing it wrong and also explains the benefits of doing them in the right way.

It's been 2 weeks since I joined the yoga class...and I could already feel improvement in my mindset. In the first week itself,my bloating issue got solved and practicing yoga has made my mind calm and I am able to focus more. Mam guides each one of us through every asana and studio is also asthetic and peaceful.

I came for a 6 week's trip to India and enjoyed my 1 on 1 training with Lalitha Garu. She is an excellent teacher able to figure out my weakness and work on them. She puts a lot of energy into the classes. I have improved a lot in my flexibility in the last 6 weeks. I would recommend it to all levels of people, but definitely put in the time, and you will see the results. Thank you, madam for your dedicated training.

50 minutes of mindful yoga keeps you refreshed for the whole day. This is one of the best yoga and fitness institute. Lalitha ma'am is a great trainer, she clearly articulates what needs to be done and the ambience is very calm and aesthetic. Yoga helped me reduce my anxiety and think and feel healthy!

I have been going to Shree Bodhi Yoga studio for more than a one month and I can honestly say all classes have been great. Lalitha madam's teaching style is never boring , it feels fresh and with full of energy. Every class is different. She incorporates all the most important yoga moves so creatively.
