We went to this place on a Monday afternoon to have lunch. The place was very crowded. After waiting for 10 mins we got a table for 2. After this, the service was terrible. The women serving us food were in a lot of stress ( which was understandable considering the kind of rush). But, they were very rude to the customers and were acting as if they were doing us a favour by serving food. Overall, we did not like this place. The food was okay. But, not Worth the wait or the terrible service afterwards. This is more of a feedback to the management to have more workers assigned to tables during peak hours.

One of my best experiences with regards to food quality and hospitality in Karnataka. The special thali they serve here is just amazing. It comprises of almost 20-25 items and the preparation is delicious. The owners are very humble and soft spoken and they interact with each of their customers. The pricing is also very affordable. Overall an amazing experience while dining here.
I stayed in Hubli for 2 days and had food for 4 times. Shree Basaveshwara restaurant served hot meals, multiple varieties and awesome service. Fed us like we are having food at home. Wooow... Loved the flavours and services we had. Try it everytime you are there.
Regularly I used visit different Basavashewar khanavali Hubballi, but I had a surprise when I visited shri Basaveshwar Khanavali that this is only one and original Basaveshwar khanavali in Hubballi City all other basaveshwar khanavalis are fake. The food quality and quantity is really amazing. I was surprise to see huge items on the thali that no other Basaveshwar khanavali offers. The price for thali is same as other charge for but the items are really more. They also provide varieties of Holige which are really yummy. Staff serve customers as family members. One must visit only this khanavali if you want Basaveshwar khanavali. Don't get cheated by others
Taste, quality and service is really good. We enjoyed the food. Items are also more here. Two types of power chatney, tomato chatney, red chilli chutney, pickle, junkada vade, 3 types of sabji, sweet and many more. Must recommended place.
Looting the people.. whatever you eat, one chapati two chapati have to pay 150 per meal, they will not inform you this thing in earlier. Once you finish then they will charge like 7 start hotel...
