It is an wonderful place with historic museum. The park is well maintained and entry fee is rs 20, 5rs extra for parking. The museum consists of collection of Shiv Kalin swords. Their is also a guide their to explain the importance of swords. The overall experience was wonderful. I loved this place very much. Everyone should visit it with respect to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Nice place for come with family and Passing our historical knowledge of Maratha empire, Really appreciable Mr. Raj Thackeray work by placing these types of smaraks at Nashik. All the swords and other war things are real and paintings are too much realistic showing the information about the great King of Maratha Empire. An elephant placed between the museum is seems to be realistic and last very cleaniness and peace environment is maintained, all the security guards work fine and kind.
This is a very wonderful museum...you feel proud after seeing the things related to history...you must go here to see the history related to our culture....
It has a beautifully maintained garden... Clean premises... Staff was polite... And a good drive in space for parking... It opens at 9.00am and has an entry fee.... Wish it opened earlier.
When I went there it was all closed. All I saw was the smarak of balasaheb Thakre. The museum was closed so we couldn't watch anything. Before visit make sure to call and ask about museum also.
