One of the best premium residential properties in periphery of Ahmedabad. Quality of construction is excellent and the society is well managed by the builder.

The most amazing place to stay in Ahmedabad. The flats are awesome. 3 BHK to 7 BHK flats available. Lot of parking space for residents as well as visitors. The design is beautiful. Lots of accessories including a garden, swimming pool, play areas for small kids with slides, swings, etc; a gym, areas for outdoor as well as indoor games with pool table and tt table and sitting arrangements around the swimming pool.

ThIs 2 ratings are just for the ambience of the scheme.Or else there is a great issue of communication with the higher authorities of the Balaji Group.All I came across were only the agents or employees.Even after asking for the contacts,I was denied.I really wish there was better communication with the Balaji Group authorities.

This three ratings are for the space of the flat , maintained swimming pool & garden and neighborhood you get. We are living for last two weeks and my experiences are 1) Once you do payments, they dont care about your personal problems like electricity, plumbing etc in the flat 2) They dont allow outside internet and cable provider so we compulsory will have to contact those with whom they are associated who are worst as the service provider. Even aftet payment they have not provided cabel connection. Only fake promises 3) they provide 3 ACs and their drainage connection which are blocked. So we have to clear it first before ac installation. 4) tiles of the kitchen and wash area are not properly stucked. Also, pipelines are not proper at some places like wash basin. 5) They keep lots of Security people, but do not ask or inquire strange people about their destination or do not keep records of each and every visitor.
