I'm from Chandigarh and I had to send a cake to my friend so I chose this bakery and the first impression of the bakery was that the cakes are very expensive. I get one kg chocolate cake in Chandigarh for the price of 750 bucks but they asked me to pay 1100rs which is not at all worth as the cake that they delivered neither looked the same as I asked them to make and the taste also wasn't good. Everyone expects a good taste afterall if they are paying more than required. The owner is not at all humble and if Google would have given me the option to give zero stars, I would have definitely done that. Last year, I ordered a cake from Art Bakery, Tohana and the cake that they delivered didn't seem the way what exactly I wanted it to be but still the taste was much better than what Balaji Bakery has delivered us. Completely unsatisfied!!

Worst. Didi who works in this shop is literally worst. I went there to buy birthday balloons. I asked for some discount, she said, 'Hume peeche se hi itne k aate hain, ab hum tumhe bhi itne mein hi dedein toh hmare kya bechega?' She reduced rs.50 and at home, I came to know two balloons were missing in that. I went back to take them, she said 'muje toh phle hi pta tha ki isme kmm hain isiliye toh mne 50 rs. Km lie the'. Is this the way to behave with customers? She needs toh learn some etiquettes. She had no idea that she spoiled someone's birthday. Worst!!!

I ordered cake for my sister's birthday but was very disappointed with their work, they did not make according to my design they made totally different so i would never suggest anyone to chose this option.

Very bad experience, needy and greedy people operating the store. They don't really care about people's plan or anything but their own profit. Order kulcha on day one at around 5pm and they agreed to deliver it at 12 noon next day. I visited at 1pm but they only started making kulcha's after I had a visit. At 2 pm they said, they cancelled the call because we didn't confirm, what confirmation they were seeking after I visited and agreed to pick up kulcha's at 2 pm. Worst experience ever with a bakery owner and thank a lot for ruining our lunch plans on Diwali.
