They told me without insurance 25k and charg me 1LAKH After i provide helath insurance. If you have Mediclaim they charge 4x then ragular... And they told us in first consultation all treatment charge is 25k with medicine.. and I told them I have my personal health insurance... After treatment they give me BILL around 1LAKH in single day addmission.... That's unbelievable... The doctor is a very good urologist... I'm totally satisfied with the treatment. One more thing I didn't ask for the SPECIAL WORD in any conversation. Hospital Emergency word give me a durty bedsheet and a damaged wheelchair, Hospital has to focus on these things also if they want to charge that much . And Hospital have only one size cloths only this is ridiculous because I have such a nice experience with other normal hospitals with respect.
Very disgusting staff of icu..even the incharge sister asmita has no any degree of gnm/bsc even most of staff members of icu has no degree... They have some banglore degree which has no any theory knowledge.it is just a external course. behaviour is too much rude. Hk lady staff is very very very lazy. Incharge sister has no any focus on her work..she steals some costly drugs/pints from unconscious/ dead patients drawers. Other wards and staff are too much humble and good but these icu staff is very cheap.
The hospital has done a good service to our Sr. Isabel.All the hospital staff and doctors were so kind and cooperative. We left the hospital with a good feeling. DR. MUNSHI was very hospitable and very attentive to Sr. Isabel. He has taken good care with lots of love.
Outside doctors who visits are good. Rooms are good. However staff and management are not professional. Credit and debit card machine don't work on Sundays as they say which is pathetic and illogical. Medical pharmacy don't give you single rupee discount. Overall charges are too high like five stars hotels.
Wonderful experience with dr.deepak munshi and dr.chirag shah ,a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured patient had a smooth surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose this hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.
