One of the shaktipeeth in Gujarat, a must visit place when coming near mahesana as its just around 35km from it. Temple is no beautiful and serene unlike other temples where a long queue is there and is a medium to earn money. It is on Becharaji road. It is quite big and best part is it's very clean. Goddess Bahuchar is a family goddess of brahmins ,kshatriyas and patels etc. Its 250 kms from vadodara nearest town mehsana its 20 kms from Modhera Sun temple. Its a very old temple Sati's left hand fell here . Good roads via Modhera. Ample parking ,gifts ,eating joints etc. Visit in winter,summer very hasrh Timing 7am to 7pm Temple has many temple of various gods and godesses. Bahuchraji idol rides on different animals everyday. Wheelchairs available. Wash rooms not clean shud be clean n odorfree. Prasad very good . Pure veg food restaurants here. Modearate cost. Fastfood and snack joints also here. Takes almost 4hours to 5 hours one way from vadodara.
