I have heard a lot about this gym but it was not up to the mark. - dim lights - suffocated - washrooms and locker system is awesome as compare to other gyms. - only 2 set of 7.5kg dumbbell - not have 4-wheeler parking but have proper 2 wheeler parking. - packages are good and have lot of trade-mills.

Nice and wonderful zym. 6 months package 8k . 2 trainers also all the time. 6am to 10 pm. Well furnished and full air-conditioning Only drawback close every Sunday and gh holidays

Very nice gym and trainers are very expert.(Salman sir, Abbas sir, Ankit, Shanu , Abhishek, vivaan are very good trainer) And one of the best gym of old Lucknow Gym Ki progress me trainers Ke Hard work ka hand hai
