Rooms are okay and breakfast is good but the service is the worst. Wanted to connect to the wifi for an urgent meet so I called the reception and they said they are sending someone immediately but they didn't. After 15 mins, I had to go down and get the password myself. Then at 1 am, a room servicing guy came to my room to give me the password....... Food ordered via reception came after an hour. Small pieces of wood coming out from the floor got in my feet. Overall, terrible experience.

Not worthy. There's no valet parking, no one receives you at the entrance, parking is extremely smelly, Superior rooms have foul smell due to seepage(stayed at 1208), Average food quality. I wouldn't recommend fellow travelers to have a stay as this looks like a very old property but actually isn't. Maintenance can be an improvement area and the services.

this hotel had its merits, there are several areas that could be enhanced. Firstly, the key provided to me was non-functional, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the rooms were exceptionally compact, limiting comfort. The quality of food served fell short of expectations. On a positive note, the staff and services offered were satisfactory.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel shravanthi Sarovar Portico. The problems I faced were numerous - no service whatsoever, AC was not working , Room was smelling, they refused to change my room despite taking advance payment. The staff was completely unhelpful, responding to every request with a flat-out "no." I would strongly advise against staying here.

Was here for a week on a business trip. The rooms are calm and cozy. Staff is really friendly and will help anytime. The food is also really tasty, and the chef even got me things out of the menu since I wanted Jain food. Room cleaning could have been done better. The only issue I faced was very frequent power cuts. There are regular power cuts during the day and even at night sometimes. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect hotel. Good quality food is available. The buffet is also available with Rs 700 plus taxes per person. I found many varieties of food in the buffet. Veg non veg both options.

Rooms are spacious but it requires renovations and upgrading. Room rent are not comparing to the facility.

Not a very good experience. 1. Very small room congested with 6/5 ft bed, chair, table, dining table, wardrobe. 2. Landline phone had loose connection and you will have to correct it to make calls for room service, dining, reception. 3. Smart TV with non-smart condition and no connection. 4. Door bell not working. 5. Only washroom and breakfast area was good. 2/5 stars.
